Terms of service

snap pays people who post photos on X that tag @usesnapfun and $SNAP. By entering, logging in or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use snap.

• You must be at least 18 and allowed to take part where you live.
• Entries only count from verified X accounts.
• One person, one account. Entries from bots, bought accounts or several accounts run by one person can be excluded.

Entering is free and needs no purchase. An entry is a public post on X with @usesnapfun, $SNAP and a photo.

• A new window runs every 10 minutes. A photo stays entered for 30 minutes: the window it was posted in and the next two.
• You get one entry per window, however many times you post.
• Posts that are deleted, made private or break these terms are removed and can't win.

Each pot is the $SNAP creator fees collected when the window closes, paid in SOL. The pot depends on trading, so it can be small or zero, and we don't promise any amount.

• 20% goes to the protocol, 10% buys back $SNAP, 60% goes to one entry drawn at random, and 10% is split equally between every other entry. A lone entry receives 70%.
• The jackpot entry is drawn with a cryptographically secure random number. Every entry has the same chance.
• Winnings are sent to the wallet made for your X account when you log in. Small amounts may wait until they add up enough to send.
• We may withhold or reverse the result of a window affected by a bug, abuse or an error in the draw.

• Your wallet is created and secured by Privy. We never see or hold its private key, so we can't move your funds or recover them.
• You can withdraw to any Solana address or export the wallet from your profile at any time.
• Solana transactions are final. Check the address before you send.

$SNAP is a memecoin. Nothing on snap is financial advice or a promise that $SNAP will hold or gain value. Tokens bought back are held, and we may use them however we choose.

• You keep ownership of your photos. By entering, you let us show your post, photo and X profile on this site.
• Only post photos you have the right to share. No illegal content, harassment, spam or anything that breaks X's rules.
• We may hide any post or exclude any account from future windows.

• snap is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
• We aren't responsible for losses caused by blockchain or network problems, third-party services, or your own wallet mistakes.
• We can change, pause or end any part of the service, including the split and window length, at any time.
• snap isn't affiliated with or endorsed by X.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
